Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - Boiling water
  2. 1 cups - Oatmeal
  3. 1 cups - Sugar
  4. 1 cups - Brown sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  6. 2 - Eggs
  7. 1 1/2 cups - Flour
  8. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 3/4 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  12. 1/2 cups - butter
  13. 1 1/4 cups - Boiling water
  14. 1 cups - Oatmeal
  15. 1 cups - Sugar
  16. 1 cups - Brown sugar
  17. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  18. 2 - Eggs
  19. 1 1/2 cups - Flour
  20. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  21. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  22. 3/4 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  23. 1/4 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  24. 1/2 cups - butter

Directions:

Preheat oven 350. Grease 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix together all ingredients pour into aThe pan. Bake 35 min.
Frosting: 1/4 butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 3 tablespoons half/ half, 1/3c Walnuts, 3/4 c coconut. Mix together ingredients and spread on top of cake. Put under broiler and broil until bubbly.
