Ingredients:

  1. 3 ounces - cream cheese
  2. 1 sticks - butter (softened)
  3. 1 cups - flour
  4. 1 cups - pecans
  5. 1 - egg, slightly beaten
  6. 1 pinchs - salt
  7. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  8. 1 tablespoons - butter

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients together and separate into 24 balls. Mold into mini cupcake tin. Mix pecans, egg, salt, brown sugar and 1 T butter. Spoon this filling into cups. Bake for 17 minutes in 350 oven, then turn down oven to 250 and bake 10-15 more minutes. May be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
