Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Cold Butter Cubed
  2. 1 cups - Brown Sugar
  3. 1 cups - Sugar
  4. 2 - Eggs
  5. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  6. 2 3/4 cups - All-Purpose Flour
  7. 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  8. 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 1 cups - Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  11. 1 cups - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks Divided
  12. 1 cups - Cold Butter Cubed
  13. 1 cups - Brown Sugar
  14. 1 cups - Sugar
  15. 2 - Eggs
  16. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  17. 2 3/4 cups - All-Purpose Flour
  18. 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  19. 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  20. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  21. 1 cups - Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  22. 1 cups - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks Divided

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place nine 4-inch shallow paper baking cups onto a large baking sheet and set aside.

Cream butter and both sugars in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment for 3 minutes, until fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well blended.

Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl until combined. Slowly add to mixing bowl on low speed until flour is incorporated.

Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks until chocolate is evenly distributed. Do not overmix.

Place 1/2 cup of dough into reserved baking cups, gently pressing dough into the bottom of each cup.

Evenly divide remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks among cookies and press into top of cookies.

Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
