Add some veggies in with the noodles to cook, to make this dish healthier. Frozen peas, diced carrots, corn or green beans work well. If desired, stir in some shredded cheese or cubed Velveeta for a cheesy casserole.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Uncooked Egg noodles
- 1 cans - Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
- 1 cups - chopped Ham, tuna, pork, or chicken
- 1 cups - Crushed potato chips or crackers
- 1/4 cans - Milk
Directions:
Bring 4 cups of water to a full rolling boil in a 3 qt covered dish for 6-10 min on high.
Stir in noodles and recover lightly (leaving room for air to escape so water doesn't boil over); microwave 8-10 min on medium.
Drain; rinse noodles, and set aside in strainer.
Combine all ingredients (except potato chips) and stir together well, placing in a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle the potato chips (or crackers) on top and microwave 8-11 minutes on medium-high heat.
