Nolan Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - regular corn undrained
  2. 1 cans - creamed corn undrained
  3. 1/2 sticks - butter sliced
  4. 1/3 pounds - Velveeta cubed
  5. 3/4 cups - elbow macaroni

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized casserole dish, add both cans of corn. Stir. Add noodles and a little water (if it looks dry). Top with butter and Velveeta. Bake 25 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
