No-Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - flour
  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1 tablespoons - sugar
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 1 cups - Crisco shortening heaping cup
  6. 1 tablespoons - vinegar
  7. 1/3 cups - water

Directions:

Mix flour, shortening and salt together.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg; add water and vinegar and stir well. Then add this to flour mixture.

Roll out at room temperature between waxed paper. Peel top paper off and flip into pie pan. Fill with filling.
