No cook peanut chicken noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - Thin rice noodles
  2. 1/3 cups - Peanut butter
  3. 1/3 cups - Rice vinegar
  4. 1/4 cups - Soy sauce
  5. 2 tablespoons - Water
  6. 1 tablespoons - Sriracha
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 2 cups - Chicken breast Shredded
  9. 8 ounces - Carrots Shredded
  10. 1/4 cups - Peanuts Chopped
  11. 1 cups - Peas or edamame
  12. 8 ounces - Thin rice noodles
  13. 1/3 cups - Peanut butter
  14. 1/3 cups - Rice vinegar
  15. 1/4 cups - Soy sauce
  16. 2 tablespoons - Water
  17. 1 tablespoons - Sriracha
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  19. 2 cups - Chicken breast Shredded
  20. 8 ounces - Carrots Shredded
  21. 1/4 cups - Peanuts Chopped
  22. 1 cups - Peas or edamame

Directions:

Place rice noodles in bowl cover with boiling water. Let soak until tender 7-9 min. In another bowl add peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, water, and sriracha. Add noodles and toss to coat. Fold in chicken, carrots, edamame or peas, top with roasted peanuts
