Ingredients:
- 8 ounces - Thin rice noodles
- 1/3 cups - Peanut butter
- 1/3 cups - Rice vinegar
- 1/4 cups - Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Water
- 1 tablespoons - Sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 cups - Chicken breast Shredded
- 8 ounces - Carrots Shredded
- 1/4 cups - Peanuts Chopped
- 1 cups - Peas or edamame
- 8 ounces - Thin rice noodles
- 1/3 cups - Peanut butter
- 1/3 cups - Rice vinegar
- 1/4 cups - Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Water
- 1 tablespoons - Sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 cups - Chicken breast Shredded
- 8 ounces - Carrots Shredded
- 1/4 cups - Peanuts Chopped
- 1 cups - Peas or edamame
Directions:
Place rice noodles in bowl cover with boiling water. Let soak until tender 7-9 min. In another bowl add peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, water, and sriracha. Add noodles and toss to coat. Fold in chicken, carrots, edamame or peas, top with roasted peanuts
