No Cook Frozen Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - blueberries
  2. 5 1/4 cups - sugar
  3. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  4. 1 boxes - Sure Jel pectin

Directions:

Crush or grind berries in large bowl. Add lemon juice. Stir sugar thoroughly into fruit and let stand 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup water and Sure Jel fruit pectin in small saucepan. Bring to full boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Mix into fruit, continue to stir for 3 minutes. Immediately ladle jam into jars and leave 1/2 inch space at top. Cover immediately with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store jam in freezer.
