No-Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Bars

  1. 1/2 cups - coconut oil
  2. 1/3 cups - honey
  3. 1/2 cups - Nutella, peanut butter or dark chocolate chips
  4. 1 1/2 cups - oats (quick-cooking or old-fashioned)
  5. 1/2 cups - shredded coconut
  6. 1/4 cups - ground flaxseed
  7. 1/4 cups - cocoa powder


Combine coconut oil, honey, and your choice of Nutella, peanut butter or dark chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, melt until combined.

Mix in oats, coconut, flaxseed and cocoa powder, stir until combined.

Press mixture firmly into an 8X8 pan.

Chill until set, and cut into squares.
