No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - oats
  2. 1/2 cups - peanut butter
  3. 1/3 cups - honey
  4. 1 cups - coconut flakes
  5. 1/2 cups - ground flaxseed
  6. 1 - scoop chocolate Shakeology or other protein shake mix
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir until well-blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled well. Then form into balls and enjoy. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
