No Bake Double Layer Chocolate Pie

  1. 4 ounces - Cream Cheese softened
  2. 1 tablespoons - sugar
  3. 2 cups - Cold Milk (+1 Tbs)
  4. 8 ounces - Cool Whip
  5. 1 - Graham cracker crust
  6. 8 ounces - chocolate instant pudding


In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 T. milk with whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
In second bowl, stir pudding mix into remaining 2 cups milk until well blended. Immediately stir in remaining cool whip. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
