No bake dessert bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - peanut butter
  2. 1/2 cups - honey
  3. 1/2 cups - unrefined coconut oil
  4. 2 cups - dry oats
  5. 1 cups - shredded sweet coconut
  6. 1/2 cups - walnuts chopped
  7. 1 1/4 cups - dark chocolate chips
  8. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over medium-low heat.
2. Once melted, remove from heat and add oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chocolate is entirely melted.
3. Pour into a 9x13 pan and cool in the fridge. When it's set, cut into bars and enjoy.
4. Store in the fridge.
