Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - +1 T vegetable oil Divided use
- 1 cloves - Garlic Halved
- 1/2 boxes - 13.8-oz box Cheerios
- 1/2 boxes - 13.8-oz box Rice Chex
- 1/3 boxes - 13.8-oz box Wheat Chex
- 1 bags - 7.2-oz bag Goldfish (or nonbrand substitute)
- 4 cups - Skinny pretzel sticks
- 2 cups - 2or 3 C Pecan halves
- - Lawry's Seasoned Salt To taste
- - Garlic powder To taste
- 1 1/3 sticks - Unsalted butter Melted
- 1/4 cups - Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 275.
2. Put 1 T oil in the biggest roasting pan available. Rub the oil all over the pan, using the cut sides of the garlic halves, then discard garlic.
3. Pour the Cheerios, Rice and Wheat Chex into the pan along with the Goldfish crackers, pretzels and pecan halves.
4. Pour remaining 1/2 C of oil over all the cereal and mix well. Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and garlic powder and stir.
5. Bake for 15 min. Remove from oven and stir well. Use a metal spatula to get all the way down to the bottom of the pan and turn everything well. Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
6. Combine melted butter w/ the Worcestershire sauce. Please note: The only way to determine the right amount of Worcestershire sauce is to smell it - it should be pungent enough to feel it in the back of your throat.
7. Remove the pan from the oven. Drizzle the flavored butter evenly over the mix and stir. Return to the oven for 15 min. Stir again an bake 15 min. longer. You will have baked for a total of 1 hour.
8. Cool and store in large metal or airtight plastic containers.
