Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Flour
- 1 cups - Pecans finely chopped
- 1 cups - Sugar
- - Instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups - Cold milk
- 1/2 cups - Butter or margarine
- 8 ounces - Cream cheese softened
- 9 ounces - Cool Whip thawed
- - Instant Vanilla Pudding
Directions:
Crust:
1. Mix flour, butter or margarine and pecans to fine crumbs.
2. Pat into 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
Middle:
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold into 1/2 of 9oz Cool Whip.
4. Spread over crust.
Top:
5. Mix 1 1/2 cups cold milk with large instant chocolate pudding; spread over middle layer.
6. Repeat step 5 with instant vanilla pudding.
7. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
8. Decorate with shaved chocolate.
9. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
