New York Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sour cream (OR imitation sour cream)
  2. 2 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese
  3. 16 ounces - ricotta OR creamed cottage cheese
  4. 2 cups - sugar
  5. 4 - eggs well beaten
  6. 3 tablespoons - flour
  7. 3 tablespoons - corn starch
  8. 1 teaspoons - real lemon juice
  9. 4 ounces - oleo or butter melted

Directions:

Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, and ricotta or cottage cheese.

Add sugar, eggs, flour, corn starch and lemon juice. Add melted butter.

Pour into well-greased spring-form pan (or spray with Pam) and bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.

Turn off oven and Do Not Open for 3 hours.
