Ingredients:
- 2 cups - sour cream (OR imitation sour cream)
- 2 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 ounces - ricotta OR creamed cottage cheese
- 2 cups - sugar
- 4 - eggs well beaten
- 3 tablespoons - flour
- 3 tablespoons - corn starch
- 1 teaspoons - real lemon juice
- 4 ounces - oleo or butter melted
Directions:
Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, and ricotta or cottage cheese.
Add sugar, eggs, flour, corn starch and lemon juice. Add melted butter.
Pour into well-greased spring-form pan (or spray with Pam) and bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.
Turn off oven and Do Not Open for 3 hours.
