New Potatoes with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - small new potatoes (about 1-1/2 pounds)
  2. 1 cups - sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons - prepared mustard
  4. 2 teaspoons - sugar
  5. - chopped parsley

Directions:

Cook potatoes until tender.

Mix sour cream, mustard and sugar. Pour over hot cooked potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
