New Mexican Back Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - pork back ribs
  2. 1/4 cups - chili powder
  3. 1 tablespoons - onion powder
  4. 1 tablespoons - ground cumin
  5. 2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
  7. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - cayenne (ground red pepper)

Directions:

Stir together all seasoning ingredients, then rub ribs on all surfaces with seasoning rub.

Place ribs on a medium-hot grill over indirect heat; close grill hood.

Grill until ribs are tender, about 1 ½ to 2 hours (maintain grill temperature of about 325-350 degrees F)
