Nawabi Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pieces - Dry Red Chilies
  2. 10 pieces - Black Peppercorns
  3. 6 pieces - Cinnamon Sticks
  4. 6 pieces - Clove
  5. 1 tablespoons - Fennel Seeds
  6. 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  7. 1/2 cups - Toor Dal Soaked and Crushed
  8. 1/2 cups - Cooked Rice
  9. - Salt To Taste
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  11. 2 tablespoons - Nawabi Masala
  12. 1 tablespoons - Cornflour
  13. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  14. - Oil As Required
  15. 4 pieces - Cheese Small Cubes
  16. - Cornflour Slurry
  17. - Chapati Crumbs
  18. - Oil To Fry
  19. - Salad To Serve
  20. - Tomato Ketchup To Serve
  21. - Roasted Papad To Serve

Directions:

For Nawabi Masala
Dry roast the masalas in a pan. Cool it till room temperature.
Crush the masalas.

For Mixture
In a bowl, mix toor dal, rice, salt, turmeric, nawabi masala, cornflour and lemon juice together.
Make the balls and stuff cheese inside.
Dip balls in cornflour slurry and coat with chapati crumbs.
Fry the balls.

Serve hot with salad, ketchup and papad.
