Ingredients:
- 2 pieces - Dry Red Chilies
- 10 pieces - Black Peppercorns
- 6 pieces - Cinnamon Sticks
- 6 pieces - Clove
- 1 tablespoons - Fennel Seeds
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 cups - Toor Dal Soaked and Crushed
- 1/2 cups - Cooked Rice
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoons - Nawabi Masala
- 1 tablespoons - Cornflour
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- - Oil As Required
- 4 pieces - Cheese Small Cubes
- - Cornflour Slurry
- - Chapati Crumbs
- - Oil To Fry
- - Salad To Serve
- - Tomato Ketchup To Serve
- - Roasted Papad To Serve
Directions:
For Nawabi Masala
Dry roast the masalas in a pan. Cool it till room temperature.
Crush the masalas.
For Mixture
In a bowl, mix toor dal, rice, salt, turmeric, nawabi masala, cornflour and lemon juice together.
Make the balls and stuff cheese inside.
Dip balls in cornflour slurry and coat with chapati crumbs.
Fry the balls.
Serve hot with salad, ketchup and papad.
