Nana's Cinammon Rolls (very good, easy too)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - dry yeast
  2. 1/4 cups - water warm
  3. 1/4 cups - sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 cups - butter
  6. 3 - egg yolks beaten
  7. 1 cups - milk scalded
  8. 1 packages - dry yeast
  9. 1/4 cups - water warm
  10. 1/4 cups - sugar
  11. 1 teaspoons - salt
  12. 1 cups - butter
  13. 3 - egg yolks beaten
  14. 1 cups - milk scalded

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter with a blender till it looks like cornmeal. Stir in the yeast, yolks and milk. Mix till smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Grease 24 muffin pans. Turn half dough on floured board, roll into a rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll and cut into 1 inch slices, place in pans. Cover and let rise till double. Bake at 375, 15-20 min. Glaze while warm.
