    Mom’s Notes: If you don't have a double boiler and I suspect you don't because I don't - then get 2 saucepans, one slightly smaller than the other. Put about 2 inches of water in the bottom pot. Put the small pot on top of the big pot. If you can set it down in the pot but not touching the water, this is best. Turn heat up until the water boils. Essentially the steam cooks the mixture. Just don't burn yourself. Taragon and dry mustard can be found with the spices

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces - Dry Mustard
  2. 3/4 cups - Tarragon
  3. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  4. 1/3 cups - Sugar
  5. 2/3 cups - Light Cream

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and cook in a double boiler until thick (approximately 10 minutes)
