Mushroom Chicken in Crock Pot

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 packages - dry chicken gravy mix
  3. 1 cans - 10.75 oz. cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  4. 1 cups - white wine
  5. 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
  6. - noodles or rice for serving with, optional

Directions:

1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle gravy mix on top.

2. In a separate bowl, combine soup with wine and pour over the gravy mix and chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

3. During last 30 minutes of cooking time, stir in cream cheese.

4. Before serving, remove chicken (keeping it warm) and whisk the sauce over noodles or rice.
