Mummys Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - canned corn drained
  2. 16 ounces - creamed corn
  3. 2 whole - eggs beaten
  4. 8 ounces - corn muffin mix
  5. 1/2 cups - butter melted
  6. 1 cups - sour cream
  7. 2 cups - orange cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:

Spray 9x13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Bake for 15 more mins. Cut into squares and serve. If not firm, can bake a bit longer.
