Ingredients:
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups - buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons - melted butter
- 1 cups - unbleached hard white flour
- 1/2 cups - whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cups - rolled oats
- 1/2 cups - cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 tablespoons - baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- - salt
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups - buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons - melted butter
- 1 cups - unbleached hard white flour
- 1/2 cups - whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cups - rolled oats
- 1/2 cups - cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 tablespoons - baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- - salt
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add milk, egg and butter.
3. Cook as usual pancakes.
