Ingredients:

  1. 2 - eggs
  2. 2 cups - buttermilk
  3. 2 tablespoons - melted butter
  4. 1 cups - unbleached hard white flour
  5. 1/2 cups - whole wheat flour
  6. 1/2 cups - rolled oats
  7. 1/2 cups - cornmeal
  8. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  9. 1 tablespoons - baking powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  11. - salt
  12. 2 - eggs
  13. 2 cups - buttermilk
  14. 2 tablespoons - melted butter
  15. 1 cups - unbleached hard white flour
  16. 1/2 cups - whole wheat flour
  17. 1/2 cups - rolled oats
  18. 1/2 cups - cornmeal
  19. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  20. 1 tablespoons - baking powder
  21. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  22. - salt

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add milk, egg and butter.
3. Cook as usual pancakes.
