Mulled Cider

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups - Apple cider
  2. 1 sticks - Cinnamon
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  4. 1/4 cups - Honey
  5. 3 tablespoons - Fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
  6. 1 teaspoons - Grated lemon peel (zest)
  7. 18 ounces - Unsweetened pineapple juice
  8. 2 whole - Oranges
  9. whole - Cloves

Directions:

1. Bring cider and cinnamon stick to boil. Cover & simmer 5 minutes.
2. Add all other ingrediens, except for oranges and cloves. Simmer 5-15 add'l. minutes.
3. Put cloves in oranges or orange slices and float in punch.
