Ingredients:

  1. 3 - Red Peppers roasted
  2. 1 cups - Sprouted lentils
  3. 1/2 cups - Walnuts
  4. 4 cloves - Garlic
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Sea Salt
  6. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  7. 1 tablespoons - Pomegranate Molasses
  8. 1 teaspoons - Cumin
  9. 1 teaspoons - Cayenne Pepper
  10. 1 teaspoons - Red Pepper Flakes
  11. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oli
  12. - Zaatar for garnish

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except Zaatar in blender or food processor and process till smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and allow to sit for a few hours while flavors meld. Sprinkle with Zaatar before serving as a dip for veggies or crackers.
