Ingredients:
- 3 - Red Peppers roasted
- 1 cups - Sprouted lentils
- 1/2 cups - Walnuts
- 4 cloves - Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons - Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoons - Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin
- 1 teaspoons - Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoons - Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oli
- - Zaatar for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Zaatar in blender or food processor and process till smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and allow to sit for a few hours while flavors meld. Sprinkle with Zaatar before serving as a dip for veggies or crackers.
