Ingredients:
- 1 cups - lukewarm milk boiled, then cooled
 - 1 cups - sugar
 - 1 teaspoons - salt
 - 1 cups - lukewarm water
 - 1 packages - yeast
 - 1 - or 2 or 3 eggs
 - 6 cups - flour plus more for surface
 - 6 tablespoons - melted butter
 
Directions:
Add sugar and salt to lukewarm milk.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add eggs and milk mixture.
Stir in enough flour to make soft paste, about 3 cups.
Add melted butter; stir in enough flour to make soft dough (to clear sides of bowl and not be sticky).
Let rise 'til double.
Flour pastry cloth; flatten out dough with fingers 'til 1/3 or 1/4 the thickness you want for rolls. Cut with round cookie cutter.
Let rise 'til double. Bake at 350 degrees F 'til brown.
