Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - top round roast
  2. - garlic pepper
  3. - salt
  4. 1 cans - beef broth
  5. 1 cans - french onion soup or 1 packet onion soup mixed with 1 c water
  6. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Coat roast with salt and garlic pepper. Put in dutch oven with about an inch of water and beef broth (fatty side up). Cook about 2 hours at 350 in covered dish. After about 2 hours, remove roast and slice. Mix french onion soup and mushroom soup with liquid in dish. Put the roast back in dish. Cover and cook about another hour.
