Moose Fart Cookies (Energy Bites)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 14 oz. (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1/4 cups - melted butter
  3. 1 1/2 cups - graham cracker crumbs
  4. 1 1/2 cups - chocolate chips
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cups - dried coconut fine or medium cut
  7. - additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling the cookie balls

Directions:

Mix the butter, sweetened condensed milk & vanilla together.

Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut and chocolate chips. Mix well.

Refrigerate for an hour or so before rolling into 1-1/4 inch balls.

Roll the balls in added graham crumbs. Refrigerate.
