I hate making meatloaf, so I buy a 3-pound chub of beef and make two at the same time. They can both go on the same baking sheet for cooking. Serve one, wrap the other in heavy foil. To eat later, thaw the meatloaf, slice and microwave to heat.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds - ground beef, about 80% lean
- 1 cups - plain bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups - milk
- 1 - small onion finely chopped, or dried equivalent
- 1 - large egg
- 1 tablespoons - worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons - sage
- 1 cloves - garlic crushed or dry equivalent
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the beef, then combine this mixture with the beef. Use a strong spoon or your hands to mix it really well. Shape into a ball and place on a foil-line cooking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
