Trick to making fudge. Make sure all sugar on the sides of pan is dissolved. One grain can cause it to crystallize.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 cups - Walnuts
- 1 cups - Butter
- 4 cups - Sugar
- 1 cans - Evaporated milk
- 12 ounces - Semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pints - Marshmallows cream
- 4 cups - Sugar
- 1 cans - Evaporated milk
- 12 ounces - Semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pints - Marshmallows cream
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 cups - Walnuts
- 1 cups - Butter
Directions:
Cook sugar, milk, and butter. Cook on medium high heat stirring constantly until 236 Remove from heat. Add marshmallows cream and chocolate chips stir until combine. Add vanilla and then walnuts. Pour into a greased 9 x 9. Cool.
