Molasses Brined and Raspberry Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients:

  1. 8 cups - Cold Water
  2. 3/4 cups - Kosher Sale
  3. 3/4 cups - Molasses
  4. 6 cloves - Smashed Garlic
  5. 5 sticks - Cinnamon Sticks
  6. 2 teaspoons - Black Peppercorns
  7. 1 jars - Raspberry jam or preserves
  8. - maple syrup to taste
  9. - Hot sauce, to tate

Directions:

Combine and dissolve the brine ingredients and chill completely before adding your 2-3 pound trimmed pork loin. Brine for 4 hours to overnight.

Cook and combine glaze ingredients and apply when cooking.
