Ingredients:
- 8 cups - Cold Water
- 3/4 cups - Kosher Sale
- 3/4 cups - Molasses
- 6 cloves - Smashed Garlic
- 5 sticks - Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 teaspoons - Black Peppercorns
- 1 jars - Raspberry jam or preserves
- - maple syrup to taste
- - Hot sauce, to tate
Directions:
Combine and dissolve the brine ingredients and chill completely before adding your 2-3 pound trimmed pork loin. Brine for 4 hours to overnight.
Cook and combine glaze ingredients and apply when cooking.
