Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - water boiling
  2. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  4. 2 tablespoons - fresh mint leaves chopped
  5. 1/2 cups - red wine vinegar
  6. 1/4 cups - water boiling
  7. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  9. 2 tablespoons - fresh mint leaves chopped
  10. 1/2 cups - red wine vinegar

Directions:

1. Boil water, sugar and salt. and pour over mint.
2. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Add vinegar and let stand several hours.
