Ingredients:
- 1 cups - mint leaves packed, chopped
- 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
- 1 cups - water
- 3 1/2 cups - sugar
- 5 drops - green colouring
- 1/2 bottles - liquid pectin
- 1 cups - mint leaves packed, chopped
- 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
- 1 cups - water
- 3 1/2 cups - sugar
- 5 drops - green colouring
- 1/2 bottles - liquid pectin
Directions:
1. Combine mint, vinegar, water and sugar and bring to a full boil.
2. Add colouring and pectin. Boil hard for 1/2 minute.
3. Remove and strain. Bottle.
