Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - mint leaves packed, chopped
  2. 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
  3. 1 cups - water
  4. 3 1/2 cups - sugar
  5. 5 drops - green colouring
  6. 1/2 bottles - liquid pectin
  7. 1 cups - mint leaves packed, chopped
  8. 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
  9. 1 cups - water
  10. 3 1/2 cups - sugar
  11. 5 drops - green colouring
  12. 1/2 bottles - liquid pectin

Directions:

1. Combine mint, vinegar, water and sugar and bring to a full boil.
2. Add colouring and pectin. Boil hard for 1/2 minute.
3. Remove and strain. Bottle.
