Nutritional yeast can be found in health food stores. It is often used for a sort of cheese like taste. We sprinkle it on a variety of foods.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons - minced garlic
- 1/2 - bell pepper diced
- 1 cups - diced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoons - minced chives
- 1 teaspoons - finely minced rosemary
- 1 packages - Lite Firm Silken Tofu
- 1/4 cups - soymilk (or skim)
- 2 tablespoons - nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 1 teaspoons - tahini
- 1/4 teaspoons - onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - turmeric
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Sauté garlic, peppers, mushrooms until moisture is evaporated and veggies are soft. Add herbs (feel free to choose other herbs of your liking). Put blend into mixing bowl.
Put all remaining ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Mix blended mixture into bowl with veggies.
Spray mini-muffin tins with Pam. Lower oven heat to 350° F. Bake until golden, 25-35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
