Notes:
My husband's sweet Mimi made this delicious and unusual casserole for every family holiday as far back as anyone can remember. It became the grandkids' job to help Mimi crush the Rice Krispies and spread them over the top of the casserole. Sweet memories of cooking with their Mimi.
