Mimi's Cafe Garlic Artichoke Spread

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - artichoke hearts finely chopped
  2. 2 cups - parmesan cheese grated
  3. 1 whole - pod of garlic (not just a clove, but the whole pod) minced
  4. 1 cups - mayonnaise
  5. 1/4 cups - sour cream
  6. - garlic salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and spoon into an ovenproof dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F until heated thru and bubbly (about 20 minutes).

Serve with club crackers and breath mints!
