Don't use Greek yogurt, it will be too thick and taste wrong. Add some vegetables to the skewers and serve with rice or couscous for a complete meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in 2-inch cubes
- 2/3 cups - low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoons - ginger root, fresh grated, or dry equivelent
- 2 cloves - garlic minced or dry equivelent
- 1 teaspoons - ground cumin
- 1 teaspoons - ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
Directions:
In a bowl or ziploc bag, whisk together everything but the chicken, then toss the chicken to coat. Cover if using bowl and marinate for 1-24 hours. Preheat grill or non-stick skillet. Put chicken on skewers and grill or cook in hot pan for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is done, turning frequently.
