Microwave oat banana bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Quick oats 80 cals
  2. 1 tablespoons - Ground flax 45 cals
  3. 2 tablespoons - Unsweetened almond milk 4 cals
  4. 25 grams - Banana 21 cals
  5. 1 dashes - Water 0 cals
  6. 1 - Stevia packet 0
  7. 1 tablespoons - Jam *optional* Put on at the end or it will burn

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, until it's wet but not watery. Form it into a cake in the bowl.
Cook in microwave in 30 sec increments, consistently checking so that it doesnt burn. When the top seems cooked and dry, flip it over onto a small plate and keep cooking
