Microwave Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - milk
  2. 2 tablespoons - butter
  3. 2 tablespoons - flour
  4. 1 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  5. 1 cups - milk
  6. 2 tablespoons - butter
  7. 2 tablespoons - flour
  8. 1 cups - grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat milk for 2 minutes in microwave on medium-high. Set aside.

Melt butter for 1 minute on high. Stir in flour, and heat 1 minute more on high.

Briskly stir in warm milk; blend well.

Cook on high 2-1/2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in grated cheese.

Blend well.
