Ingredients:

  1. 2 ounces - cooked chicken
  2. 1 tablespoons - black beans
  3. 1 tablespoons - shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 tablespoons - defrosted frozen corn
  5. - a few sauteed sweet red pepper slices
  6. 1 - 8-inch whole grain tortilla

Directions:

Place all of the wrap ingredients onto the whole-grain tortilla and roll up tightly.

Slice in half and enjoy.
