Ingredients:
- 2 ounces - cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoons - black beans
- 1 tablespoons - shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoons - defrosted frozen corn
- - a few sauteed sweet red pepper slices
- 1 - 8-inch whole grain tortilla
Directions:
Place all of the wrap ingredients onto the whole-grain tortilla and roll up tightly.
Slice in half and enjoy.
