Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - ground beef
- 2 packages - taco seasoning
- 8 ounces - cream cheese
- 12 ounces - jumbo shells
- 16 ounces - jar salsa
- 8 ounces - sharp cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces - taco sauce
- 8 ounces - monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Brown beef; add taco seasoning and cream cheese. Stir until melted. Set aside and cool completely.
Cook shells while beef is browning. Drain and set out on waxed paper to prevent sticking.
Pour salsa on bottom of 2 9x13 pans. Stuff each shell w/1-2 tbsp meat mixture. Place shells in pans open side up and cover with taco sauce and cheeses.
To Freeze: Cover pans with plastic wrap and foil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and replace foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 10-15 minutes.
