Mexican Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cloves - garlic
  2. 2 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  3. 1 cups - uncooked long grain rice
  4. 2 cups - chicken broth
  5. 1/4 cups - red chile sauce

Directions:

Cook and stir garlic in oil in 2 quart sauce pan over medium heat until brown; remove garlic.

Cook and stir rice in oil until golden, about 5 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and chile sauce; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes (do not lift cover and stir during this time).
