Mexican Pork and Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - lean ground pork
  2. 1 - small onion, diced
  3. 1 cloves - garlic, minced
  4. 14 1/2 ounces - Chicken Broth
  5. 15 ounces - chopped tomatoes, Mexican style
  6. 15 ounces - canned pinto beans, drained
  7. 1 teaspoons - chili powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - cumin
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - dried oregano
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper

Directions:

In large heavy saucepan brown and crumble ground pork. Stir in onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is soft, about 3 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
