Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - eggs
  2. 1 1/2 cups - corn meal
  3. 1 cups - sweet milk
  4. 1 cups - cream style corn
  5. 1 1/2 cups - grated cheese
  6. 1 - onion chopped
  7. 3 - jalapeno peppers chopped
  8. 1/2 cups - salad oil
  9. 1 teaspoons - salt
  10. 1 teaspoons - sugar

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients, pour into well-greased baking pan, and bake at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
