Mexican Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bags - 16 oz. slaw
  2. 1 cans - 14 oz. sweet corn kernels
  3. 1 cans - 14 oz. black beans
  4. 1 - small red onion sliced
  5. 1 - red bell pepper diced
  6. 1 - large tomato diced
  7. 1 - jalapeno pepper seeded, sliced fine
  8. 1/2 cups - cilantro leaves and stems
  9. 1/2 cups - Garlic Vinaigrette salad dressing plus up to 1/4 cup more, to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing until mixed together well.

Then pour vinaigrette dressing over all; toss and chill 'til serving.

Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
