Methi Paneer Paratha

Ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  4. 1 cups - Paneer Grated
  5. - Salt To Taste
  6. 1 cubes - Cheese Grated
  7. - Wheat Atta
  8. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  10. 1 teaspoons - Spring Onion - Whites
  11. 1 pieces - Green Chili Chopped
  12. 1 cups - Fenugreek Leaves Chopped
  13. 1 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder

Directions:

For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, spring onion and green chilies.
Now add fenugreek and mix together.
Now add turmeric, chili powder, kitchen king masala and garam masala and cook.
Now turn off the gas and add paneer, salt and cheese and mix together.

Now make the stuffed paratha and cook with butter.
