Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Fenugreek Leaves Chopped
  2. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  3. pinchs - Asafoetida
  4. 1 cups - Water
  5. - Salt and Chili Powder To Taste
  6. 1/2 cups - Besan
  7. pinchs - Asafoetida
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  10. - Salt To Taste
  11. 3 tablespoons - Water

Directions:

For the dhapkas

Mix all the ingredients together.

How to proceed

In a vessel heat the oil, add the hing, methi and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the water, salt and chilli powder to taste. Cook for 3 minutes.
Form small dhapkas and add to the vegetable.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve hot.
