Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter
  2. 3/4 cups - sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  4. 3 - eggs
  5. 2 cups - sifted flour
  6. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  8. 1/2 pints - sour cream (1/2 pint = 1 cup)
  9. 6 tablespoons - softened butter
  10. 1 cups - brown sugar
  11. 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  12. 1 cups - chopped walnuts

Directions:

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to egg mixture, alternating with sour cream. Blend well after each addition.

Spread half of mixture into greased Bundt pan.

Mix together streusel topping ingredients into crumbly mixture.

Add 1/2 of streusel mixture, then add rest of dough and top off with rest of streusel.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Cool.
