Ingredients:

  1. 4 whole - egg whites
  2. 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  3. 3/4 cups - sugar
  4. 4 whole - egg whites
  5. 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  6. 3/4 cups - sugar

Directions:

1. Beat whites to stiff peak, add sugar, and cocoa one T at a time. Drop by 2tsp. onto parchment paper.
2. Bake at 200 degrees fro 2 hrs. Makes 31 pieces.
