Melon Salsa

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Fresh watermelon (can add other melons) Seeded and chopped
  2. 1 cups - Cucumber Peeled, seeded, and chopped
  3. 1/4 cups - Onion Chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons - Fresh cilantro or mint (optional) Chopped
  5. 3/4 - Jalopeno (or substitute hot sauce) Seeded and finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cups - Lime juice
  7. 1 tablespoons - Sugar

Directions:

In a medium size bowl, stir together all ingredients. Next, taste and season with more lemon or lime juice, sugar if needed. Cover and chill f or at least 30 minutes. This dish can be served with grilled or broiled fish or chicken.
